As the client’s library of digital standards expanded, manual maintenance became a bottleneck. The operating model relied on human follow-up, fragmented tracking, and recurring cleanup work to stay current. As volume increased, the team struggled to stay ahead of critical maintenance cycles and compliance expectations.

I designed and implemented a centralized governance ecosystem in Monday.com to replace manual tracking with a scalable operating layer. The solution introduced custom designations and categories to structure standards data, then connected that model to a multi-step automation engine and rigorous audit logging. This created a single source of truth for ownership, lifecycle stage, and update history.

Context: New client onboarding was triggered by Shopify plugin signups, but creating onboarding tickets in JIRA was handled manually.

Work: Built an automation that creates EPICs and downstream task tickets, then routes assignments to the appropriate team members.

Context
Client onboarding requests were flowing in through the Shopify plugin, but the downstream setup process depended on manual JIRA ticket creation. On days with multiple signups, this created a recurring operational bottleneck and consumed hours of team time.

I designed and implemented a JIRA automation that automatically generates a parent EPIC and all required follow-up task tickets as soon as a new client signs up. The workflow also assigns each ticket to the relevant employees based on role and responsibility, ensuring immediate and structured handoff.

Context: Campaign spend tracking and budget monitoring were fragmented, making it hard to compare actual spend against monthly targets in real time.

Work: Built a Google Sheets campaign tracker powered by Google Apps Script reminders and automated Google Ads report ingestion via email.

Context
The team needed a reliable way to monitor campaign spend against predefined monthly budgets. Data lived across tools and required manual effort to consolidate, which delayed budget checks and made it harder to act quickly when spending drifted off target. The client also insisted on keeping data in Google Sheets because it offered more flexibility and reduced recurring SaaS costs.

I built a full campaign tracking system in Google Sheets and extended it with Google Apps Script to automate reminder emails for operational follow-through. I also configured Google Ads automated reports to email spend data directly to the responsible employee, then set up the tracker logic to pull that data in and compare actual spend against planned monthly budgets.

• Created a single source of truth for campaign spend and budget pacing.
• Reduced repetitive manual coordination by automating reminders and reporting flow.
